The Middle Kingdom – a country with an extraordinary cultural and historical heritage – is hosting its second trade show dedicated to the protection and restoration of historical monuments, works of art and cultural assets as well as museum equipment. This year’s Heritage Preservation China will be held in Jinan - Shandong Province – one of the regions with the most museums and listed buildings in China – from 26-28 October 2015. These facts mentioned above are making this trade fair a must-attend event for the preservation, restoration and museum technology sectors. This exceptional event will be a great opportunity for heritage professionals from the length and breadth of the country to come together at the same time.
Conservationists, restorers, archaeologists, builders, planners, researchers, and representatives of heritage authorities and museums from all over China will be journeying to the City of Springs to talk, shop and see the very latest products and services available. Despite the many changes of control and influence, the historical and cultural artifacts of the past have survived in excellent condition. Because of this, Jinan’s museums and libraries are
among the greatest in China.
The cultural awareness in China has become much stronger during recent years. The Chinese government pays more and more attention to the protection of cultural assets and strengthens its attention by increasing its international relations. LMI - Leipziger Messe International, the subsidiary of Leipziger Messe - organizer of "denkmal", the leading European heritage conservation fair – and “KDY International Exhibition “ have recognized the need for an appropriate communication platform and will jointly organize China's single trade show for heritage restoration, preservation and conservation as well as museum technology – the “Heritage Preservation China” from 26th till 28 October 2015.
As a competent partner and co-organizer Jinan City Government and the Department for Culture Heritage of Shandong Province will be at Leipziger Messe International’s side.
